EttieTravels (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and security of personal information entrusted to us.


EttieTravels operates as an independent travel advisor affiliated with Trevello Travel Group Inc. (“Trevello”). All personal information collected in connection with travel services is handled in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.


This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, retained, and managed.


1. Organizational Structure and Accountability


EttieTravels operates as an independent agency under the host agency Trevello Travel Group Inc. Trevello Head Office maintains centralized booking systems used to process client travel arrangements.


Trevello has appointed a Privacy Official responsible for compliance with applicable privacy legislation.

To provide travel advisory and booking services, we may collect the following categories of personal information.

3. Purpose of Collection

Information is collected directly from the client and submitted through Trevello’s systems for processing.


Consent for the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is obtained verbally or in writing at the time travel services are requested. Disclosure of relevant information to travel suppliers is implied where necessary to fulfill booking requests.


4. Disclosure of Personal Information


Personal information may be disclosed to airlines, cruise lines, hotels and resorts, tour operators, insurance providers, payment processors, and government agencies where required by law.


Only the information necessary to complete the requested travel services will be disclosed.


EttieTravels and Trevello do not sell or trade personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.


5. Retention of Personal Information


Travel itineraries, accounting records, and transaction documentation are retained for a period of seven years in accordance with accounting and audit regulations.


Client contact records may be removed upon written request once all related transactions have been completed and statutory retention requirements have been satisfied.


6. Access and Correction Rights


Clients have the right to request access to personal information held by Trevello Head Office and to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.


Requests must be submitted in writing and include sufficient identifying information to verify identity.


Requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable legal limitations.


7. Policy Updates


This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in legislation, regulatory requirements, or operational practices. The most current version will be posted on this website.
